I have a 1997 Class C tioga montara RV (Ford ) I would like to add an
exta-a-stay setup for LPG. There are two listings: old style and new style.

Is there anyway to clearly define which style I have?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks,
I was thinking old/new style on the mounted motorhome tank (non DOT), not
the extension to the portable tank(DOT).

I have no idea about what you are talking about unless it is
referring to the new tank valves. I do not think it would
make any difference because the new valves will accept the
old connection as well as the new one. However if you intend
on getting one of the 100# tanks with the old type valve, a
new hose will not fit it. Also the 100# tanks that I have
seen being sold at Lowes does not have the new valves on
them, as they are not required. Check this site for more
information.

That answers it as there were two different versions of the extend-a-stay
available during the interum of the valve changes, one for older type tanks
and one for newer type.

In an older catalog I saw they had two different versions.

It appears that there is now only one type of tee for the connection.

Thank you.
