I have my 35 foot Thor parked and hooked up on my half acre most of the year. Southern Calif, close to Riverside. Instead of using air conditioning, would it do any damage to the motor home to hookup an external swamp cooler (evaporative cooler) through a window with flexable ducting? I had mine parked (and hooked up) behind my garage, and just had a temp control fan with the maxair vent (so rain wouldn't fall in).. If I wanted to use it, then (and only then) I would kick on the ac. Could use the turbo max when I was out and about too. Thanks for input. Tom J thanks for web site. I do not want a permanent hookup to MH, live in MH most of year, and it is dry and hot in this area most of the year, if day gets humid can always go to AC. Jack Check around you. I think the humidity might be too high in Riverside. Of course, if you want to move to, say, Barstow .................... Steve
