You may also have good luck at a NAPA Auto Parts shop.

Have you tried Advanced Auto? They were able to cross refference some
filters for my old JD tractor from JD part number (they cannot look
parts like that up directly but they can sometimes cross reference
them.

If the original hose is not found, take the old hose to an auto
supply store and have them find a close match.   Record the
replacement part number so it can be replaced again later.

I'd try a John Deere industrial dealer - they will usually be a
different dealership than the farm tractor dealer.
