I saw RV Today do a "fix" on replacing a waterheater thermostat. Mine
is apparently set at 140 degrees and can't be adjusted. They installed
an adjustable thermostat. Either I missed it or they didn't say where
to get one, nor the price. I tried their website but found nothing.

Does anybody know the manufacturers name of the adjustable thermostat?
Who carries them? How much are they?

Thanks,

Hank

I took your advise and watched it again. I did learn that Atwood makes
the adjustable thermostat. I went to the Atwood site but they showed
nothing nor listed anything.

Next?

Hank <~~~~Hates it when manufacturer doesn't list ALL products.

Atwood's site is awful. I tried to look up the appropriate replacement
part number for a pilot/thermocouple assembly, but they don't have that
sort of information. I wound up just guessing based on what it looks
like. I think I got the right one; it works.

The part numbers that you need are in the owner's manual for the water
heater.

The "owner's manual"? What is this "owner's manual" of which you speak?

I have no such document. Never did.
