Found an outstanding campground in Gadsden Alabama, called River Country
Campground.

The trolley system is similar to the one in Gatlinburg, it runs all
around Gadsden, not just in the campground.
One thing I found is there is not as much shade as the pictures show.
But they have everything else you would want.
$26. a night or six nights and the seventh one free or $450 a month for
the parking lot or $550 for the water front, where
more shade can be found. Prices include full hook-up sites with cable TV
and high speed wifi.
I intend on calling them back and finding out what their modem is
connected to DSL or cable, but it is fast.

We have stayed there on several occassions. Always a pleasant stay.
We drove through the other campground (Noccalula Falls) and liked
River Country most.
