I am seeking recommendations for camp grounds on the ocean between
North Carolina and Georgia. I stayed at Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach
last year and liked it a lot, but my adult daughter, who lives on the
beach during vacation, claims she got bit up by sand fleas. I've been
told, but I don't know if it's accurate, that some facilites treat
their sand to kill the fleas.

My daughter will be tenting with her kids, and my wife and I will rent
an RV - probably a Class C. We like the ocean campsites because the
kids will stay busy for hours with a pail and shovel. Ocean Lakes also
has pools, organized activities for the kids, an arcade, and other
amenities which keep the kids happy. (If the kids are busy having fun,
then the adults can enjoy some quiet relaxation.)

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

Take a look at this place.  We try to spend some time there every year.
