does any body know were this switch is?

I remember seeing it in my Ford E450 owners manuel.  Have you looked
in your owner's manuel?  have you asked on a Chevy fourm?  Have you
asked the guys are an auto shop or Chevy dealer?
I don't know the answer to your question.... other than that they are
almost always in the rear of the vehicle.  Hope you find it & I hope
that one of my suggestions might be of assistance.
