We looked at this unit yesterday.  The price seems fair and it is in good
condition.  This will be our first trailer if we buy it.
Does anyone here have experience with this camper and is there anything in
particular that we should know before we make an offer?
TIA

Prowler is an entry level RV that should be fine for a few weekends and
annual vacations, if it is well cared for. IMHO, It is not a high
quality RV.

Go high quality.  In a used RV, the price is not that much more, but
they hold together better and are more enjoyable.  Be careful though
if there are too many bells and whistles to maintain.

Regardless of the original quality level of the rig, you must check a
few basic things. You indicated it was in good condition so it must be
used. Check the top very close for previous repairs. If any seen, then
check within the unit for water damage in that area. Discoloration of
any degree that was caused by water in reason for concern. Check within
the unit around the plumbing vents topside, for possible previous leaks.
Check around and specially under the windows for discoloration caused by
water.
Needless to say, it is my opinion, that water damage is or could be a
non repairable situation. Almost any thing else is usually repairable,
of course depending on how much the flaw is. Evidence of water damage is
a sign to walk away.
