I've learned that "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" is not entirely true. Fury is gender-neutral, and seems to arise from anyone whose daffy ideas are scorned - or, worse yet, proven wrong. The battle for Iraq is OVER. We won decisively.The war against Islaamic Jihadists rages on. Is the razor-thin Democrat majority gonna help the fight or sabotage it? They've been overt in their on-going sabotage for quite some time now. ...ever since Murtha opened his mouth. If we, by some miracle, could unite behind the mission in Iraq, the bulk of the troops could be home in a year. (You don't think we're ever COMPLETELY LEAVING, do you?) I just had to fire-up the heater and prop open cabinets and drawers in the camper. It's supposed to get down to 24F tonight. It was only a few days ago that I blew out the pink stuff. <sigh> We're leaving Friday morning for a three-nighter 350 miles away in Davenport, Iowa, visiting Dtr3, et al. This will be the SECOND time we will be transporting a dining room table and six chairs inside the camper to be delivered to a daughter!
