Getting real tire off my 75 Dodge??

I jack it up, loosen the bolts which were torqued to 450 lbs and then
I can't get tires off because there is no clearance. Its running into
the side of camper and the only thing I can think of is to somehow
jack the bady up about 3 in.
When I too some of the trim off the other side last spring I found
out that under the eterior fiberglass it is this(rotting) plywood. So
How am I supposed to get the tires off. I'm trying to get at brakes
since there is a leak in the system somewhere.

Jack it up on the frame, not the axle or leaf spring. That will allow
sufficient clearance Clarence.
