I'm willing to be nobody in this group celebrated or even knew about Air
Quality Appreciation Week!

This post will probably be called trolling but if it is it will just
show the hypocrisy of RVers who, instead of being aware of air quality
and appreciating quality air instead do more than the average citizen to
lower the quality of the air.

Here's an excerpt from the site linked above:

"Clean Travel Challenge - Give Your Car a Break

"As a way to demonstrate what organizations and businesses can do to
reduce air pollution, the DES Commissioner will issue a challenge on
April 30 to DES employees to set a goal to reduce the number of personal
vehicle miles they travel during the month of May. Employees can reduce
miles traveled by walking, biking, taking public transportation,
carpooling, combining errands (trip chaining), and better planning.
Employees will track the miles they reduce in order to show pollution
and fuel savings. Incentives and awards will be presented to employees
who reduce the most miles (possibly at next DES town meeting). A
Kick-Off event for the challenge will take place in front of the DES
building with a "Sock Your Exhaust" experiment to demonstrate the
tailpipe emissions of different types of vehicles."

You RVers should be ashamed. Your recreational vehicles cause poor air
quality. You don't even have the excuse that you have to get to work.
Shame on you all.
