Dump valve question

One of the retaining tabs has broken off the "Y" connector downstream
of the dump valves.  Does anyone know of a good supplier for these
type parts?  Everyone seems to carry the dump valves but not the "Y"
connector with the tabs.

Look down the page and see if the part you need is listed - may
include new valves.
