I have the combo - shower and toilet in a closet ~ LOL.  The shower is a
one hander connected to a two faucet water mixing unit.  The shower hose
line connects directly to the faucet and is sort of sticking out right in
front where you want to be to use the toilet.  Does anyone make a 90 degree
fitting that can be attached to the faucet so the shower hose goes up
instead of out....?

The "standard" setup, today, is a flexible-hose running from the
hand/bracket-held shower head to a fitting on the top of the plumbing
fixture.

Since the two URLs are a bit long, here's another version with Word Wrap turned off:

Standard 1/2 NPT Street Elbow. Should be able to find one in chrome at
any plumbing supply house. I had need for one for almost the exact same
thing this weekend. Home Depot didn't have them.
