A REAL HEAD (TOLIET) IN AN RV...

has anyone ever put a real throne in an rv?? how succesfull can one be
in doing this? will it crack in motion down the road????

Not sure if the rubber seal in the base would match or not.  I tend to think
that a house toilet would use too much of your water supply during a flush.
There are RV toilets with a china bowl which is the closest to a house
toilet so far.

I'm not sure I would want a few gallons of water, in a toilet tank,
sloshing around on the road, especially the way my wife drives.
We do have a ceramic full size toilet but not a tank like home.

yeah, but u drain it when u hit the road..... other than that.. is it
possible????

I don't see why you'd want to. With the rv terlet you can get a lot of
flushes before the black tank needs dumping. Using a home terlet, the
gallons of water needed for a flush would cut your flushing capacity
down to the bone, plus it would be a PIA to have to dump the terlet tank
before setting out on the road.

There are very nice porcelain RV toilets available that are every bit as
comfortable as home models. They are more likely to be offered as OEM in
higher end units, but you can retro-fit any RV with one.
