Its called The Swagman  Bike Rack and holds up to 3 bikes. Its Camping
Worlds #17223 , and  uses the v-shaped grippers to mount the bikes
crossbar into .  It pushes into a 2x2" hitch receptacle .

Im wondering if it is strong and durable and if youve had any problems
with it.  I like the design of it because its fast and easy to load the
bike and unload it.

Thanks . Dave.

Swagman makes good bike racks.

Take a look at the Swagman site for this fold-down XP model which is
the one I have:
http://www.swagmanbikeracks.com/shopnew/product.php?productid=16144&cat=23&page=1

or this one which is the non-folding XP model:
http://www.swagmanbikeracks.com/shopnew/product.php?productid=16216&cat=23&page=1

These ones have cradles for each bike (this is the 3-bike model - you
can also get them for 4 or 5 bikes) that rotate around the main shaft
so if the cross bar on your bike is at an angle you can adjust the
cradle so that the bike's wheels are parallel to the ground which
reduces the risk of a bike wheel hitting the road.

The knobs to lock the bike have keylocks in them. When I bought mine
two years ago it came with one locking and two standard knobs. I
bought two extra locking ones so that all three are locking (and I was
able to get all three keyed-alike). They may now come with three
locking knobs - check before you buy. On the folding model there is
another key to lock/unlock the fold-down mechanism.

The model you refer to at Camping World - Swagman #64151 - appears to
have been replaced by model #64152 at the Swagman site:
