Hank,
That depends on the Model Year, Manufacturer and Engine. Most
everything does now, even the diesels as they are computer controlled.
The other trick is finding it. If it is a Class A it could be anywhere.
Good Luck

With my <koff, hack, sputter> undying faith in the federal government, DOT, EPA,
NHTSA, LMNOP, yadda, yadda...
I ASSUME all chassis, including ostensibly mass-produced proprietary chassis,
are "rated" and classified as SOMETHING (light, medium, heavy, etc) and, as
such, are required to conform to emissions standards for their classification.
Whether an "OBD II" system and interface (jack), per se, is required, I don't
know but I wouldn't be surprised.

What?!? You're not running it NOW? Shame on you. You're gonna crash, fer
sure. Me, on the other hand, I'm immune: I have a Chevy! Hehehehehehe!

Now for a real answer... If it's a 96 or later, it's supposed to.
Usually they are found around the steering assembly

My 1997 Ford F53 chassis has an OBDI, yup, 1 under the engine cover. They
weren't made mandatory for commercial vehicles in 1996

Nothwithstanding, that while the port is OBDII compliant, the actual
specs are pretty much limited to OBDI criteria.
