Not I said the duck. :)
However, please excuse me whilst I opine...
> If so, do they work ok? What is the range?
The range stated on the first web page (link above) says 100-ft.

Yes, assuming you are close enough. My guess is that would require that
your rigs be close enough together that, when opening your camper door,
you do not bang-into the siding on his camper.
> Do any campgrounds feature this service?
Not that I am aware of. Wireless video, so far, occupies the realm of
black-and-white security cams (low res) within a single, not-large
residence.
I would be VERY suspicious of this system and extremely careful if
buying it on a trial basis, especially for RV use. Given the metallic
siding and/or framing of many RVs and the extensive use of 12V motors, I
suspect it would not work satisfactorily, even if you were parked
AGAINST one another.

Work ok? Yes and No, range depends on the type of RV you have (ie metal skin
blocks the signals big time) about 150 FT max with no signal blockers or
interference, again, I use it INSIDE the RV to send from the sat box (under
the sofa) to the flatscreen TV (on the wall) without stringing wires, or to
the projection TV, and to the bedroom TV. Uses the same frequency range as
wireless networks (microwaves etc) so you have to watch out for
interference...
campgrounds use em no, at home? yes, used to use it at home to send/repeat
the signal from my lr to the bedroom TV....
