Not BS, just not meaningful. S. Barker's problem was that he equated
his TV with your Internet; your problem was that you equated "rules"
posted by various satellite companies with "illegal."
Illegal only happens when someone passes a law, or an agency like the
FCC pass a regulation with the force of law. Doesn't exist in this
case, and I welcome you to spend the countless hours necessary on the
FCC site wading through laws and regulations to finally come to that
conclusion.
While there are no such laws, those of us active in the mobile
satellite internet community recommend keeping reasonable minimum
heights to avoid raising public-relations problems with neighbors in
RV parks who might believe that they could actually suffer harm
otherwise.
I won't address the Propane Tank issue, which is one that will get you
labeled troll as long as Harry remains active in this group.

I just figure his wife or dog ran off with a Propane delivery guy.
Seeing how anal he is, probably both.
