I have power gear Jacks on my pace Arrow. 2 of them are slowly leaking
fluid. The jack is damp from the bottom around 4 inches and I see no
fittings leaking so I think it's seals.

My question is that I've told to add transmission fluid when needed, is that
correct or do I need hydraulic fluid instead?

Also I've been told to put Lucas Power steering stop leak in and it will
stop the leaks.

Thanks,

Ricky
