I will be crossing into the US from Canada, early Friday a.m. In order
to beat the reported long delays at Champlain crossing, I am planning to
cross at Rouses Point. I have been trying to find out if this Port of
Entry is opened 24 hrs per day, or what are its hours of operations.
Can anyone help?

Yes they are open 24 hours a day.
