They, and everyone else, are already trying. It's a _very_ complicated
problem. Demands from a petition will only result in "Yeah, we're
working on it, sheesh..." as a response.

Not last time I checked, but I get a fair amount of spam - 98 or 99%
of which spamcop's filters catch for me.
I do have a tv, and I've been known to use the web, so does that
count?
