900s central lock failure

Hi, all:

I noted that my 1995 900s central lock stops working:  the remote, the
driver side lock, the switch by the key... none works.

I checked the two fuses at the fuse box and both seem to be okay.

I have been noticing that I need to get really close to the car in order for
the remote to work.  Don't know if this correlates to the central lock
problem

Your inputs are appreicated.

Replace the batteries in the remote. If the remote dies and you
previously locked the car with the remote, you won't be able to start
it until you get new batteries and unlock.

Thanks for your response.

Somehow my central lock mysteriously comes back to life again.  Don't know
if there was a loose connection somewhere.....  Lets see how long this will
last.

This has been my experience with a 1995 9000CS. The central locking comes and
goes. It will quit working for a couple of days and then be perfect for months.
