Is it difficult to change the thermostat on a 1993 9000CDE? It's running a little hot and I think it's due to the fact that it has the thermostat for a colder climate (previous owner lived in Ohio - I live in L.A). Or do I need a mechanic for this? You might, just for the sake of not dealing with the mess of antifreeze, have your garage change the thermostat and fan switch at the time of a coolant change.
