I just saw a 1994 documentary of Saab motors on the history channel here in
good old New Zealand. Just at the time of the takeover by GM.

Very interesting, especially the stunt driving of the early 9000's! Did not
realise the rally history of the marque.

GM was hoping to shift 250,000 saabs, any idea what the current worldwide
sales are?

cheers

About 140000 i think.....and  GM  destroy saabs  soul  with the new modified
subaru model and  the  coming 9-7 ......old  chevrolet trailblazer i think
it  was......(rear weel drive).....and  the coming new  9-5.....another rear
weel drive......well as long as i can get a swedish made car i will buy one
but  a  american made  saab is  not  going  to work here anyway.......
