97 900SE: Windscreen "Humming" Noise...

... when i drive between 65-80 mph, the windscreen makes an annoying
high-potched humming/buzzing noise. (the exact speed at which it makes the
noise seems to be dependent on how hot/humid the day is). the source of the
sound appears to be the black "tape" at center-top part of the windcreen.
any suggestions for remedying this problem? thanks.

There's a TSB out on this issue. Thy www.genuinesaab.com and see if
they have it listed. If it's not there, you could subscribe to
alldatadiy.com and get it but that will cost you $30 for the year;s
subscription.

Wow, I thought my 97 900se was the only one.  To fix it, I usually
just speed up or slow down.  Seems the cheapest fix...
