Hello i've got a 91 saab 900.

It's from the nothern of sweden where they don't use salt on the roads so
it's in very nice condition rust-wise. But since i live more south it's
getting "attacked". How should i treat little rust-spots in the best
(and most good looking :) way?

What can one do about hidden places? Like under the lists above the
wheels?

The only thing that I can suggest is that you use a commercial car was
that washes the Underside as well as above.

And undercoating is a loser.

Undercoating can trap water - leading to further and premature rusting

there used to be plenty of undercoating shops around and dealers
offered it.
