Does anybody know if any of the fuses on the 1996 CS lpt control or affect
the turbo charger ?

Thank-you in advance.

Nope. The turbo on a LPT is purely a mechanical device. On a CSE or Aeor
(FPT), it can be affected by electrical stuff, but on a '96, it probably
would not be a fuse, but a BPC valve.
