1994 9000 PCV A Maintenance Item?

Usually a dealer will stock them when they are; mine does not.

I know this pcv is in-line, so what is the valve that comes out of the top
passenger side (about) of the spark plug cover that looks like one?

That is a air intake breather hose valve. Only replaced if cracked or
broken otherwise just make sure its clean.

If the PCV valve is badly in-need of replacement,
what would the car symptoms be?
