84 C900 - Fuel Issues Follow up

I didn't get a chance to do much today but we did turn up the Haynes manual.

It looks to be a faulty FP relay, I have a heavy guage jumper setup to
jump around it tomorrow.

OK, that's a reasonable temporary fix, but you'll probably want to
re-solder the board in the relay as James Sweet suggested first,
and replace it if that doesn't work.

Which I did last night. I found the winding for the electromagnet had a
cold solder joint on the PCB.

I re tacked it, now to see if it works or not.
