I'm getting this as well... I'm also not getting fluid to the
headlights. I just bought the car in November and I live in Michigan,
so I'm waiting for it to warm up a bit before I do too much
troubleshooting.

It's usually a problem with the connectors between the washer fluid bottle
and the lines that go to the headlight and rear washers. The connectors have
rubber diaphragms in them that wear out. You need to replace them.
www.eeuroparts.com sells new ones. There were instructions on here some time
ago for how to repair the diaphragm things.

Ok - I've got exactly the same problem on my '93 9000CSE.
Where / how do you find the damn connectors ?

Pull the little cap off, and note spring, plunger and rotten washer. Cut
a new washer fron a rubber glove or similar and reassemble
