I'm considering buying a 2001 5-spd 9-5 wagon. It has a warranty but I'm concerned about the CVS issue. Has it been resolved? Is there a retroactive fix? Is it covered under warranty? Does that mean that the 'sludge problem' is specific to US models ? Graham My 2000 2.0t 9-5 Wagon suffered from this and I am in the UK.
