Learn all about it here at Bill's SAAB 9000 site:
<http://www.saab9000.com/procedures/exhaust/baseboostadj.html>

You need to know the turbo you're running. It will have a plate on it
detailing the precise model number.

If you're after some power to make that dump valve sing, then perhaps
0.4-0.5 bar would be nice and adjust your APC system to suit.

See <http://www.900aero.com/> ... The site is an amazing resource for APC
tuning. Don't worry that it seems geared towards the 900, because the 9000
of the day shared similar APC boxes.

A good one? Pretty much any exhaust shop can make one, or buy in one "off
the shelf" from a number of suppliers. Bear in mind that your turbo kicks
out either a 40mm or 45mm trim, a 3" exhaust is a little excessive. Noisy,
but excessive :)
