CD changer on a '94 9000CSE

On a happier, less "lets drive Chris's Saab without any oil in it (see
my last post regarding massive oil loss)" note, will the CD changer from
my old '94 900 fit my '94 9000CSE? I know the changer is a Clarion unit
made specifically for the Saab radios. If it is compatible, were all the
9000CS(E)'s in the US market pre-wired for the changer? And if so, where
 would the wiring be (basically I wanna know left or right... its a
pain to pull up carpeting just to find out it was on the other side all
along).
