Replacement strut cartridges

I just purchased KB strut cartridge inserts for my 1997 Saab SE turbo.
Does anyone have any info on replacement instructions.  I can take them to
a garage to have the work done but if possible I would like to do it
myself.  All info I have is for replacing the whole strut assembly.

It's basically the same job, except when you get the strut out and have
compressed the spring and removed the upper spring perch and spring, you
now need to remove the large nut (I forget what size it is) on the top
of the strut that holds in the cartridge.  Once the nut is off the
cartridge slides out.  Clean out the oil inside the strut housing and
slide in the new one.  Assembly is the reverse of removal...
