Hi,

behind the CD/Radio/Tape head unit on my '98 Saab 9-5 there is a
connector which is not attached to anything.  It looks similar to the
connectors which plug into the back of the head unit but is actually
floating in the sea of cables behind the HU mounting bracket.  It has
two rows of five connectors.  The connector housing is blue with a red
moulded grip on one side.

Any clues as to its purpose?

TIA,
Pete

Maybe a diagnostic console connection?

Craig.
