I just found your now. You sent it to my spam trap address instead of
the one I specified above in my message. I seldom check that address.
The only problem is that you are in Canada and the postage may be
excessive for such an old book. I will check-out how cheaply I can get
it to you, but I know it will be much more than the book rate within the
USA.

Yes - sometimes considerably - sometimes not.. Free Trade my Toque..
I once had a some software sent up UPS - $50.00 'handling fee' from UPS on top of customs. It is not nearly so bad using the good old post office folks thankfully.

Yes, indeedy. I could'a sent it 3000 miles across the continent for
less than the cost of sending it from New Hamshire to Nova Scotia which
is what? 600 miles?
