Hello,
I have a 2000 Saab SE Convertible with the 6 speaker system.  Like an
Idoit I took the Saab to a local Circuit City to have the factory radio
replaced.  They installed a JVC KD-G510 radio and connected what they
said were Saab radio wire harness.
After they finished the door speakers no longer worked, the antenea did
not work and the radio turns off if the car is not running.
Now, I figured out they put the wrong harness on the car, I moved 1
wire so the power antenea now works.  But could not fix the other
issues.  I reinstalled the factory radio and it stays on until the key
is removed.  But the door speakers still do not work.
My question is how can I connect the JVC so it stays on until the key
is removed? Also, are the door speakers connected to a separate amp of
something, and if so is the amp damaged?

thx

How may speakers are installed on your car ?

A stock 'head unit' - your JVC - may not be able to drive them all.

I expect they've messed up the wiring.

Door speakers quite possibly need extra channels of amplification.
