Timing marks

1987 9000T Automatic
Are there timing marks on the same place on the the flywheel of an
automatic, as there are on a manual?

Never paid attention to if there is a mark on the flex plate.  Also the
description is for model year 94 and up.  I hope it is the same for
earlier model years.
