Springs - stiffer but not lower?

I'm having a hard time finding a set of springs that don't lower the
body an inch or more.  I drive on dirt a bit and would like to find a
set that's stiffer than stock but doesn't contribute to increased
bottoming out when driving in ruts.

Thanks,

Ludwig

Ludwig,

I replaced the rear springs on my '92 900 with the "overload" springs (from
sasab.com). They maintain stock height, and are handy if you're hauling around
heavy stuff in the trunk/boot. Not sure if they're as stiff as what you're
looking for though.

Maybe you could also consider using spacers with lower/stiffer springs?

John
