I own a 2000 model Saab 9-3, which has headlight washers. But I have
not yet been able to figure out how to turn the headlight washers on!
I've checked the owners manual and it wasn't much help. Can anyone
please tell me how to switch them on? Thank you!

They are tied into the windshield washer.

When you pull the stalk to operate the windshield washer the headlight
washers automatically operate. HTH

Not sure about the '00, but on later years (without the headlight
wipers) ISTR the headlamp washers only operate every so-many cycles of
the windshield washers.
