Hi folks,

I've got a '96 900 3-door and the release locks on both front seats
are sticking preventing the seats from being easily folded forwards to
allow access to the back seats. How easy is it to get to the release
cable/linkages in the seats to adjust them and has anyone else done
this... please give advice on how to fix this problem as I've a kid on
the way and need to be able to ensure safe access to the back seats!

Cheers!

There was a TSB on this issue that has to do with placing washers on
the cable in some way but the basic issue as I recall is that the
cables stretch. It's been a while, and I never did the job, but I
recall a lot of cursing coming from people who had to dig in and
replace them.
