I've got an 2003 Ion QC with add on spoiler and body kit.

I've got a few issues as of late..
1. The fan for heat/AC sounds like the ball bearings or something have gone.
I can hear an irritating noise on low, and on high it's just muffled by the
blowing.

2. The weather stripping seems to be 'ssquished on more so the driver side
door, probably from normal wear?  I can hear air blowing in at higher speeds
on the highway.

Anyone else have these problems on the Ion?  I'm going to bring it to the
dealer, but does anyone know if this stuff is covered under the warranty?

Thanks.

Sure they are covered if you are within mileage/time duration of warranty.
