2002 VUE - Daylight Running Lights

The DRL has quit working. Neither the lights or the dash light is on.
Any thoughts about where to start looking to resolve?

I switched the fog lamp and DRL relays with no change so I think that I
have eliminated the relay as the problem. What should be done next? I
do not see that there is a seperate fuse for the DRL.

On my '02 I had a wire come lose in one of the light bulb sockets. Thought I
burned out a bulb
