Another transmission question

I've got my transmission (a T86 with OD) about back together but ran
into a couple of problems.

The minor one is I've got the low/reverse shift fork in backwards so
once again I've got to take it apart again.

The one that has me more concerned is somehow one of the 14 rollers that
goes in the input shaft disappeared (the joys of working outside over
dirt and gravel).  I see OD rollers on Studebakerparts.com but not
these.  Does anyone have the PN for those rollers, or maybe even a
couple they could put in an envelope and send me?

What would happen if I just left one out and ran with 13 instead of 14?

I still can't see why the old OD wouldn't freewheel, but this one is.

Thanks!

Jeff, when you're putting it back together, use a rubber band (or Vaseline)
to hold the rollers in while you slide the jacket back on.  An old tranny
guy gave me that helpful tidbit.
