OIL FILTER PLUMBING HELP!

Okay,
I'm putting a spin on filter assembly on my V8 partial flow lark, and
since it was previouslu missing all the lines and plumbing, I am kinda
in the dark....I'm assuming that the oil comes the the threaded hole in
the head, goes to the "outter hole" of the filter, comes out the center
hole of the filter base, and then goes into the fitting on the oil
filler/breather stalk.....
Please quickly let me know if I got this right, as I'm working on it
this afternoon

That's absolutely correct.  Don't pay any attention to the folks who say
different.

Remember there is a restricted fitting on the line....
And there should be a small metal baffle in the fill tube stand..above the
return line fitting...
