Within the last month or two USPS has introduced two BIG new Priority
Flat Rate Mail BOXES. Cram 'em full and send 'em to any US state for
$7.70.

Found out that I could also send them to my son in Irac even though it says
US States. At least my postmaster said so and I've been doing it. for a
couple of months now.

I believe that they still have SAM and PAL rates.  SAM (Space Available
Mail) should be the same as Parcel Post if memory serves me right..
