Well, except for the grill, hub caps dash, outside visor, door trim,
paint colors, hood side emblems, lack of hood  ornament, wrong tailghts,
wrong heater and turn signals, some of it did survive.<g>

Look at outside...comment "Nice lookin' truck"

Open Hood .... comment "who the &^%&%* made this mess in here"

What a dissappointment!

At least he hasn't put a Chevy motor in it!

Is that really the fuel filter zip-tied to the heater hose, of all
things???? I didn't know they had zip-ties in 1952. Well, Studebaker
always was ahead of the times...

Isn't that  a 55 grill not a 54?

Well ain't that a bitch, it not only has the front clip from a '54, but
the rare headlight and parking light trim.

I really could use those headlight rings, someday.

Paul.

Same guy is selling the "Survivor" pick up.  He likes $12,500 as the magic
BIN price.

There is a certain physiology to setting a very high BIN. If you're
looking for a Studebaker truck and have no idea of the value, you might
think 10K would be a bargain price based on the BIN.

I emailed the seller about his terms "original or NOS" and he
maintained that his description is correct. So he is either an a-hole,
or has no understanding of the terms. Glad I'm not interested in
bidding on it............

He could be right, just the NOS is not the correct year and some not
Studebaker NOS. <g>
