Hopped in the 52 ragtop this morning, about 11 am or so, decided I "had" to
go for a nice long cruise! The wife had some clients this morning, soooo I
took off!
Took a cruise down to Studebaker International, to see if Ed was around, He
was, busy (until I showed up) getting ready for both S. Bend, AND Spokane!
Bs'd with Ed for awhile, then headed up to see Ted & MaryAnn Harbit, but
they were not home, so, headed back down toward home, using mostly back
roads, just a great day for a cruise! I sure like being in the middle of
both Ed & Ted! and only 116 miles from S. Bend! What more could one ask for?
<G>
I got home sometime around 4:30 or so, Had a nice "cruise" in da' ragtop,
and the top was down all the way!
Hope everybody else had a great Stude day!

Mine was pretty much the same except I didn't leave home and the only
driving I did was with a air sander.<g> I did pull the cover off Stan's
Speedster to show it to our midshippman and got to watch N8 drive his
Studebaker in and out of my driveway.

Sounds like a great day indeed, Jim!!!  Glad you were able to get out
and enjoy it.

Debbie and I took the motorcycles out for a spin yesterday afternoon
and she got to ride her new one for the first time.  She sure enjoyed
it and I enjoyed the ride as well.  The rest of the weekend was spent
on various Studebaker project.  Got a start on the Insurance Hawk and
spend a bunch of time on the Wagonaire.  With any luck at all, I can
get the few parts I need for it in the next 2 or 3 days and have on
the road!  Damn, I'm looking forward to driving that car.
