Finally got the 62 ragtop I bought off eBay last year to the paint shop!
Took off the front fenders, hoods and front panel. The doors and deck lid
are also off. The "plan" is to spray the main body this coming Saturday,
then get the doors, deck lid done, and hung back on, then the front end,
Got the paint for both the body (Ermine White, base coat clearcoat) and the
"graphic red" for the dash and steering column, that is single stage.
This body has come a "long way" since I got it, I have redone all of the
finish work, and stripped off all of the "fresh" paint and probably 10
gallons of "bondo" (not Billy) <G> It should be a felony for amateurs to use
or even buy plastic filler! <G>
I'll post a couple of pics after the body is sprayed, probably be Monday or
so.
I'll spend tomorrow night on the final sand, and using a 2 part sprayable
seam sealer on some areas.

Jim,

No wonder Jeff said that you looked worn out the last time he saw you.  You
been a busy boy playing with Bondo (not Billy) and sand paper.  Like the
color scheme too Red & White with no YELLOW now make sure when you get
everthing back together that you connect the ground wire properly. <G>
