Not exactly sure,  Rear stop, turn or something like that. It's on all
cars of that era.

David: That's a Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) legal designation
that the unit conforms to a certain Federal Motor Vehicle Safety
Standard applicable at the time. Those do look to be for a 1968
Barracuda. STD is probably short for "Standard" (as in Safety Standard)
and the BR might be for Brake or Brightness or ???
In any case, the notations have nothing to do with Studebaker.
